Our Legal Team
Monica Ganjoo graduated from Indiana University with high standing in 1996 with a
Bachelor degree in Psychology, a minor in Sociology, and an outside concentration in
British Literature. Monica graduated from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2000.
While obtaining her Juris Doctor degree, Monica worked for the State Prosecutor’s
Office, the County Attorney’s Office, as well as a prestigious private law firm. Monica
further studied law in Cambridge, England, where she focused on the British Legal
System and International Law. After graduating from law school, Monica worked for an
immigration law firm in San Francisco, where she learned about all aspects of
immigration law. During this time, Monica also taught legal classes at the Catholic
Charities. In 2001, Monica opened her first immigration law office in San Francisco.
Her second office was opened in 2002 in San Jose, the heart of Silicon Valley.
Monica is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association as well as the American
Immigration Lawyers Association. She has lived and studied in three different countries
and speaks three languages fluently. Monica is licensed to practice law by the State Bar
of Indiana, and thus is licensed to practice federal law in any of the 50 states. As
immigration law is federal law, Monica is licensed to practice immigration law in all 50
states.
She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and currently
serves.

Attorney Jeff Griffiths
Jeff Griffiths is a graduate of Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana with a Bachelor of
Science in Environmental Health, while specializing in both Industrial Hygiene and Nuclear Physics.
While at Purdue, he served as Vice-President of Cary Quadrangle and studied OSHA (Occupational
Safety and Health Administration) Regulations.
Jeff is also a graduate of Valparaiso University School of Law, completing his curriculum early
in 2 1/2 years. He earned a double concentration in both Environmental Law and Criminal Law. He
participated in the criminal law clinic prior to graduation and was a member of the Moot Court
Society. In addition, he studied at Cambridge University in England focusing on International
Environmental Law and Constitutional Law. Prior to graduation, Jeff completed an externship at the
EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) in Chicago, Illinois.
Since graduation, Jeff served as a Professor of Business Law and Civil Procedure at a local Indiana
college and is a licenced attorney by the Indiana Supreme Court. He now practices immigration law
while representing clients in deportation proceedings and appears in immigration courts throughout
Arizona and California.
